Facilitated by Edwina Cosgrove, Parent Partnership Service
- Will meet initially to provide the views of parents and carers of disabled children to the Aiming High for Disabled Children Steering Group, as this group prepares to take the AHDC work forward in Nottingham.
- Two parents from the Forum will attend the meetings of the AHDC Steering Group and the Parents’/Carers’ Shadow Board to ensure that the views of parents of disabled children are heard and used to inform the planning and development of general and specialist services for families.
- After March 2009 the Forum will have a parent chair and vice-chair and will continue to run alongside and link with the AHDC Steering Group and the Parents’/Carers’ Shadow Board
- Book to attend Forum meetings using the booking form on the website.
